Shipping Policy

At Oni Tools, we strive to ensure fast and safe delivery using FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS Ground/Air shipping services. Available shipping methods may vary depending on the product type and shipping destination. Most in-stock products ship the same day or within 1 business day, and tracking information will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. Custom or made-to-order items may have extended shipping times as they may require manufacturing, painting, embroidery, or assembly.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Oversized Items: Oversized products must ship via truck freight/LTL, which differs from standard ground shipments. These items require inspection and a signature upon delivery.
  • Shipments to Canada and International: All international shipments, including those to Canada, are subject to applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the recipient's responsibility.
  • Additional Shipping Charges: Shipments to HI, AK, PR, Guam, Virgin Islands, APOs, and Canada may require additional shipping charges. International shipping quotes will be emailed to the customer prior to charging their credit card.

Many products on OniTools.com are eligible for free shipping. If the product description does not display the "Free Shipping" icon, you can add the item to your cart and enter your address to see real-time shipping costs. "Free Shipping" applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.

We do not process or deliver packages on holidays, and we do not ship to PO Boxes, mailbox, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these types of addresses may result in delays. Additionally, shipping charges (for both original orders and returns) are non-refundable for tires, aftermarket wheels, and tire & aftermarket wheel packages.

Processing and Shipping Times

Please allow 1 business day for order processing. Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cut-off time will begin processing the next business day. The shipping method selected at checkout reflects the delivery time after the order has been processed, not including the processing time.

Damaged Shipments

Upon receiving your order, inspect all shipping packages and items for any signs of damage, missing parts, or incorrect items. Though we make every effort to prevent shipping damage, it may occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to avoid being charged freight both ways. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after 90 business days, regardless of fault. Lost or stolen packages must be reported and processed through the shipping carrier. Please refer to the "Risk of Loss" section below for additional details.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from OniTools.com are shipped FOB (Free on Board) shipping point. This means that once the carrier accepts the goods for transport, the risk of loss and title is transferred to you. While we are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. Please contact us if your shipment has not arrived within two full days of the carrier's estimated delivery date. All claims must be filed within 30 days of the shipment date.

Canadian Shipping Info

Oni Tools ships to Canada and, as with any international order, the recipient is responsible for all associated fees, including taxes, duty, and brokerage fees.

  • Tax: Canada Customs assesses taxes on goods valued at CAD $20.00 or more, with applicable Goods and Service Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) due upon delivery, ranging from 5-15% depending on the destination.
  • Duty and Tariffs: The average duty for goods imported into Canada is 8.56%, though it can vary between 0% and 35%, depending on the product type and country of origin.
  • Brokerage and Handling Fees: Brokerage and handling fees are charged by the courier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS/Canada Post) and are not collected by Oni Tools or the Canadian government.
