RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Fill out the form below and indicate whether you need to return or exchange the item.
Once our team reviews your submission, they will send your Return Authorization (RA) and simple instructions on how to proceed with your requested service. (This process will only take 1-2 business days)
Print the provided labels as well as your RA form and attach it to the outside of the package.
As soon as our warehouse team receives passes inspection of your return, a refund will be processed or an exchange will be shipped within 2 business days.

If you purchased your item by mistake or not completely pleased with the item you received, we are always more than
happy to help you return the item for a refund or exchange accept an exchange.
Please note that in order to qualify for a return for a refund or an exchange the item must be in its original packaging
and in new condition, it must not show ny signs of use or modifications.
If the reason for the return is due to a factory defect, we will ask you for photos in order to process your submission.
Domestic orders within the United States the initial shipping cost and the return fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Upon approval/authorization of the return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label from Oni Tools. The fees for each item submitted in the return request are as follows:

For all international orders, Oni Tools will accept the return however, shipping is the complete responsibility of the customer.
All returns due to an error made on Oni Tools part will not be charged a return fee.
