Placed the order online and waited for 2nd day fedx deliver and recevied an email from customer that the product was backed oreder so I gladly thank them for the heads and asked for them to credit my account . Later that day I recevied another email from the customer stating that the producduct would be shipped out the following day ...so I agreed because I need it the tool I had 2 units waiting for this tool. Long story short 12 day later I recevied the tools with damage boxes / open and damaged tools posabily missing tools. Still waiting for customer to get me a count of pieces and nothing yet also waiting on replacment of damged tools and nothing yet.This turned to bad period !!!
