Oni Tools Analytics — Privacy & Data Use

This Privacy & Data Use statement describes how the Oni Tools Analytics application (the "App"), operated by Oni Tools (One Stop Distributors LLC), accesses and uses data through Google APIs. It supplements the Oni Tools store Privacy Policy.

About the App

Oni Tools Analytics is an internal, first-party application used solely by Oni Tools to read its own Google account data for business reporting and analytics. It is not offered to the public and does not onboard third-party users.

Data the App accesses

Through Google's official APIs, and on a read-only basis, the App accesses data belonging to Oni Tools' own Google accounts:

  • Google Ads — campaign, ad group, keyword, and performance metrics for Oni Tools' advertising account.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — traffic, engagement, and conversion reporting for Oni Tools' property.
  • Google Merchant Center — product listing, data-source, and product-status information for Oni Tools' Merchant account.
  • Google Search Console — search performance, indexing, and sitemap information for onitools.com.

The App does not access, collect, or process the personal Google-account data of website visitors, customers, or any other third parties.

How the App uses this data

Data accessed through these Google APIs is used exclusively for Oni Tools' internal reporting, performance analysis, and business decision-making. It is not used to advertise to third parties and is not used to build profiles of individuals.

Data sharing

Data accessed through these Google APIs is never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party. It remains within Oni Tools' own systems.

Limited Use and the Google API Services User Data Policy

The App's access to, and use of, information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data storage and retention

The App produces aggregated reporting outputs for internal use. It does not retain personal data obtained through Google APIs beyond what is necessary to generate those reports.

Security

Access is read-only and limited to Oni Tools' own accounts. Access credentials are stored securely, are used only by the App, and are not exposed publicly.

Changes to this statement

We may update this statement to reflect changes in the App's data practices. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
